As the Founder and Creative Director of N96, Jesper specializes in strategic creative solutions that drive brand growth and awareness. N96 is dedicated to helping brands achieve their full potential through thoughtful and impactful design.

In addition to his leadership at N96, Jesper co-founded several influential design firms, including Pearlfisher Copenhagen, 3X, Scandinavian DesignLab, and Scandinavian Design Group/FutureBrand. His commitment to the design community is further demonstrated through his roles as a board member of Design Denmark, co-founder of the Danish Design Award, and Vice-Chairman of Creative Circle, Denmark's largest annual advertising, design, and digital award organization.
